Cadreur Privacy Policy
Cadreur helps you write scripts, record videos, edit clips, and create captions on your iPhone or iPad. No Cadreur account is required. Cadreur has no developer-operated server and does not automatically upload your projects, recordings, or transcripts to the developer.
Projects and deletion
Scripts, project details, source recordings, edits, captions, the free project allowance, and a verified purchase record are stored on your device. You can delete projects and their source media in the app and remove derived previews and exports. Deleting a project does not delete copies you previously shared or restore a used free project allowance.
Your device settings may include app data in system backups. Cadreur does not synchronize projects between devices. Files you save to Photos, Files, or other apps are handled by those services under their own settings and privacy policies.
Camera, microphone, speech, and Photos
Cadreur requests camera and microphone access when needed for recording or rehearsal. Speech features use supported on-device processing; Apple may download a speech model. The app requests speech recognition permission when the selected system path requires it. Cadreur does not send your audio to an external AI service. Add-only Photos access is requested when you choose to save an output there. File and photo pickers access only items you select.
Purchases and network access
Apple processes optional monthly, yearly and lifetime Pro purchases. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your App Store account; lifetime access is a one time purchase. Cadreur verifies StoreKit transactions and stores a signed transaction record locally; it does not receive your payment card details. Apple purchases, speech model downloads, crash and error reporting, system backups and destinations you choose for sharing may use the internet.
Crash and error diagnostics
Cadreur automatically sends crash and error diagnostics to Sentry, a third-party error-monitoring service. Reports can include the app version, device and operating system details, technical stack traces, an app-specific device identifier, and network request metadata such as an IP address, which can indicate an approximate location. The app does not deliberately attach project scripts, transcripts, media, or their filenames. Screenshots and session replay are disabled. Sentry is not used for advertising or behavior analytics.
Support messages
If you email support, Oktay Kırık receives your email address, message, and any files you choose to attach in order to answer you. Email is handled through the chosen email providers. Send only the material needed to explain your issue. Support messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the request or meet applicable obligations. You may request deletion of your support correspondence using the contact address below.

Cadreur Gizlilik Politikası
Cadreur, iPhone veya iPad'de metin yazmanıza, video kaydetmenize, kurgu ve altyazı oluşturmanıza yardımcı olur. Cadreur hesabı gerekmez. Uygulamanın geliştirici tarafından işletilen bir sunucusu yoktur; projelerinizi, kayıtlarınızı veya konuşma dökümlerinizi yayıncıya otomatik olarak yüklemez.
Projeler ve silme

Projeleri ve kaynak kayıtlarını uygulamadan silebilir, oluşturulmuş önizleme ve çıktı dosyalarını temizleyebilirsiniz. Projeyi silmek önceden paylaştığınız kopyaları silmez veya kullanılan ücretsiz hakkı geri vermez.
Cihaz ayarlarınıza bağlı olarak uygulama verileri sistem yedeklerine dahil olabilir. Cadreur projeleri cihazlar arasında otomatik eşitlemez. Fotoğraflar'a, Dosyalar'a veya başka uygulamalara kaydettiğiniz kopyalar ilgili hizmetin ayarlarına ve gizlilik politikasına tabidir.
Kamera, mikrofon, konuşma ve Fotoğraflar
Uygulama kayıt veya prova gerektiğinde kamera ve mikrofon izni ister. Konuşma özellikleri desteklenen cihaz içi işlemeyi kullanır; Apple bir konuşma modeli indirebilir. Seçilen sistem yöntemi gerektiriyorsa konuşma tanıma izni istenir. Sesiniz harici bir yapay zekâ hizmetine gönderilmez. Çıktıyı Fotoğraflar'a kaydetmeyi seçtiğinizde yalnızca ekleme izni istenir. Dosya ve fotoğraf seçicileri yalnızca seçtiğiniz öğelere erişir.
Satın alma ve ağ kullanımı
İsteğe bağlı aylık, yıllık ve ömür boyu Pro satın alımlarını Apple işler. Aylık ve yıllık abonelikler App Store hesabınızdan iptal edilmedikçe otomatik yenilenir; ömür boyu erişim tek seferlik satın alımdır. Cadreur, StoreKit işlemlerini doğrular ve imzalı işlem kaydını yerel olarak saklar; ödeme kartı bilgilerinizi almaz. Apple satın alımları, konuşma modeli indirmeleri, kilitlenme ve hata bildirimi, sistem yedekleri ve seçtiğiniz paylaşım hedefleri internet kullanabilir.
Kilitlenme ve hata tanıları
Cadreur, kilitlenme ve hata tanılarını üçüncü taraf hata izleme hizmeti Sentry'ye otomatik olarak gönderir. Raporlar uygulama sürümünü, cihaz ve işletim sistemi bilgilerini, teknik çağrı yığınlarını, uygulamaya özgü bir cihaz tanımlayıcısını ve yaklaşık konumu gösterebilen IP adresi gibi ağ isteği bilgilerini içerebilir. Uygulama proje metinlerini, konuşma dökümlerini, medya dosyalarını veya dosya adlarını raporlara bilerek eklemez. Ekran görüntüleri ve oturum tekrarları kapalıdır. Sentry reklam veya kullanım davranışı analizi için kullanılmaz.
Destek mesajları
Destek için e-posta gönderirseniz Oktay Kırık, size yanıt vermek amacıyla e-posta adresinizi, mesajınızı ve eklemeyi seçtiğiniz dosyaları alır. E-posta, kullanılan e-posta sağlayıcıları üzerinden işlenir. Yalnızca sorunu anlatmak için gerekenleri gönderin. Destek mesajları yalnızca talebi çözmek veya geçerli yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek için gerekli süre boyunca tutulur. Destek yazışmalarınızın silinmesini aşağıdaki adresten isteyebilirsiniz.
