Cadreur Terms of Use
By downloading or using Cadreur, you agree to these terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls.
Your projects
You retain your rights in scripts, recordings, captions, and other content you create or import. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to record, process, and share that content, including the consent of people you record. Keep backups of important source files and review exports before publishing them.
Free use and Cadreur Pro
Cadreur includes three free video projects as described in the app. The first successfully saved video take activates a project. Deleting a project does not restore a used allowance. Cadreur Pro unlocks unlimited new projects with a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription or a one-time, non-consumable lifetime purchase. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your App Store account. Apple handles payment, refunds, and purchase management. Restore Purchases requires the Apple Account used for the purchase and may require network access.
Availability and acceptable use
Features such as speech following and transcription depend on device, operating-system, and language support. Model downloads may be required. You must not use the app unlawfully, infringe others' rights, bypass purchase controls, or interfere with the app's operation.
Changes and consumer rights
The app and these terms may change to improve features, security, or legal compliance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law. The Standard EULA contains the applicable warranty, liability, termination, and third-party-beneficiary provisions.

Cadreur Kullanım Koşulları
Cadreur’ü indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları ve Apple Standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi'ni (Standart EULA) kabul edersiniz. Bu koşullarla Standart EULA çelişirse Standart EULA geçerlidir.
Projeleriniz
Oluşturduğunuz veya içe aktardığınız metin, kayıt, altyazı ve diğer içerikler üzerindeki haklarınız size aittir. Kaydettiğiniz kişilerin rızası dahil olmak üzere, içeriği kaydetmek, işlemek ve paylaşmak için gerekli hak ve izinlere sahip olmak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Önemli kaynak dosyaların yedeğini tutun ve çıktıları yayımlamadan önce kontrol edin.
Ücretsiz kullanım ve Cadreur Pro
Cadreur, uygulamada açıklandığı şekilde üç ücretsiz video projesi içerir. İlk başarıyla kaydedilen video çekimi bir projeyi etkinleştirir. Projeyi silmek kullanılan hakkı geri getirmez. Cadreur Pro, aylık veya yıllık otomatik yenilenen abonelik ya da tek seferlik, sarf edilemeyen ömür boyu satın alımla sınırsız yeni proje açar. Aylık ve yıllık abonelikler App Store hesabınızdan iptal edilmedikçe otomatik yenilenir. Ödeme, iade ve satın alma yönetimini Apple yürütür. Satın Almaları Geri Yükle işlemi, satın alımda kullanılan Apple Hesabı'nı ve ağ bağlantısını gerektirebilir.
Kullanılabilirlik ve uygun kullanım
Konuşma takibi ve yazıya dökme gibi özellikler cihaz, işletim sistemi ve dil desteğine bağlıdır. Model indirmek gerekebilir. Uygulamayı hukuka aykırı biçimde kullanamaz, başkalarının haklarını ihlal edemez, satın alma kontrollerini aşamaz veya uygulamanın çalışmasına müdahale edemezsiniz.
Değişiklikler ve tüketici hakları
Uygulama ve bu koşullar; özellik, güvenlik veya yasal uyum amacıyla değişebilir. Önemli değişikliklerde yürürlük tarihi güncellenir. Bu koşullar, yürürlükteki tüketici hukuku uyarınca sınırlandırılamayan haklarınızı ortadan kaldırmaz. Garanti, sorumluluk, fesih ve üçüncü kişi lehtarlığı hükümleri Standart EULA'da yer alır.
